We can make choices that are in line with our inner light.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our minds are often full of noise that makes it challenging to hear that quiet inner voice. Noise generated by our thoughts and feelings, which are often distorted by our addictions, unhealthy relationships, or trauma.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That quiet guiding force is the only thing we can trust. Following it is the only way we can live a life free from regret. It is what our heart wants. We should not deny what our heart wants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The outcome of our decisions informed by that inner light may not be in line with what we thought we wanted. The true wisdom of the choice is yet to be revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Making decisions in this way moves us forward.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the same knowing by which the flowers know when to bloom, and the birds know when it is time to fly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We do not have to suffer to progress.
