There is a sweet boy within me who wants to make everyone happy. He loves everyone. He is creative and bright and wants to help. He is beautiful. 

He wanted to feel safe and loved. He wanted to be heard.

He waited a long time for someone to take care of him. He felt so sad and angry that no one would. He did not understand why. 

Some who saw the sweet boy tried to help. They made him feel loved. But he wanted them to stay. He wanted them to show him the same love tomorrow. They couldn’t. 

The love in my heart was still growing. It is finally enough to make the boy feel safe. I am taking care of him now. I am listening to him. We are united. I am whole.
